The inclusion of Weiss R.A. and Jaffe, H.W. (1990). Duesberg, HIV and AIDS. "But really, why should anybody take the trouble to assemble a detailed rebuttal to the Berkeley professor? There was such
"overwhelming evidence" who could be bothered reading let alone replying to all of the "molecular minutiae" and "miasmal"
thinking of the "flat-earther" Duesberg? Or so said Robin Weiss and Walter Jaffe in the editorial pages of Nature in 1990..." - Harvey Bialy, July 8, 2000
Hot! The meaning of "almost all" - more sharp observations from Mark Craddock: So here we have one of the signatories of the Durban declaration [Barry Schoub], who insists that the Koch
postulates have been met for HIV, including the first which says that the "putative cause must be
isolated from every case of the disease" admitting that, even using very loose criteria for isolation, in
1999, HIV could still not be isolated from 10-20% of people with AIDS. How does this square
with the claim that the first Koch postulate has been satisfied? Even worse, why did they insist all
those years ago that HIV was the cause of AIDS, when it could "only be isolated from 10-20% of
known positive human material"?
Open letter to Presidents Clinton & Schroeder - Karl Krafeld and Dr. Stefan Lanka: Karl Krafeld´s encounters with various scientific institutions and individual experts provided startling
replies such as: "The claims concerning HIV and AIDS are undisputed among experts and therefore
no scientific references are needed".
DEADLY DEBATE; Useful Inquiry or Costly Distraction[?] - ABC News:
"So why, if it is an established fact that HIV causes AIDS,
why did 5,000 of the world's leading AIDS scientists feel compelled to sign
this? Just published in the journal Nature, it is a declaration that says,
yes, HIV causes AIDS, written almost with the conviction of a creed... But why declare in writing what is supposed to be obvious?"
AIDS IN UGANDA - Peter Kasule is a teacher, counselor and community social worker with 10 years working

IFAS Observation Report on Presidential AIDS Advisory Panel, South Africa, May to July 2000 "I agree with Winston Zulu, the only personally affected panelist, AIDS is like a church, either you believe in HIV or you are out. The recently issued Durban Declaration by the HIV-establishment
and its supporters (signatories do not need to understand the science, according to the authors) is a
sad confession of just that. Already the first and most fundamental claim 'Seventeen years after the
discovery of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), .....' is left unreferenced. I cannot help but
reading this unscientific campaigning letter as their plea to: 'Please, let HIV be the cause of AIDS!
Please, please trust and believe us and, please, stop asking for scientific evidences to back up our
claims!'" - Michael Baumgartner, Secretary General IFAS
The famous 3... "The 3 people who supposedly got AIDS from 'purified' or
'concentrated' virus are sure slippery types. As far as I can tell,
no scientific paper has ever been published about them." - David Crowe
AIDS Serum Testing Halt is Called For
Not all agree, but some scientists say the role of the HIV virus is not
well enough understood to develop a vaccine. - by John Hanchette
AIDS, Robbie and the Minister "If the orthodox believers have good evidence to put forward, I wish they would do so instead of condemning anyone who dares to disagree with them as a "flat Earther" and making terrifying predictions that in the past have proved hopelessly wrong." - by Andrew Kenny
The Durban Declaration as Dogma - From 'The Scientist' 22 Jan 2001 "The Durban Declaration (DD) is among the most insidious and repugnant dogmas in the history of science. Regardless of one's perspectives, only dogmas associated with the DD and bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) are costly in human lives."
